Wellness Tips and Free Book

I invite you to take a look at the new Wellness page.  Designed to provide a few tips, worksheets, and more to help develop your unique wellness plan. Included on my Home page is a free PDF copy of my book, full of inspirational quotes and affirmations.  While you’re there, please stop by the Forum and say hello.  In order to register, you are no longer required to verify your email address or password.  I have found this process to be an inconvenience for the software package.  You can register using your email, a username if you’d like, and your unique password.
